Spring 2026 - Payment Terms

Applications close. No payment is due until we offer you a place on the course.

Application results delivered via email. Payment links will be sent from this day and you will have 15 days to pay the full balance.

Payments are due by midnight 27th February. Any applications with an outstanding balance on the 28th February will be released to a student on the waitlist. After the 27th February you will have 14 days to claim a refund. 

Up to this date you can claim a full refund (excluding the non-refundable £50 admin fee per ticket). For example, £245.00 you will be entitled to a £195.00 refund up to the 6th March.

Up to this date you can claim a 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable £50 admin fee per ticket). For example, if you have signed up for a Full Intensive fee of £245.00 you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the remaining balance - £67.50.

From this date we cannot offer any refunds.
