Back to Ballet Masterclass (Leeds)

These intensive, highly focused days offer a truly holistic programme designed for 10 - 16 year olds, to prepare both body and mind for the studio, stage, and beyond. Step into the new school year feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to progress both physically and mentally. With two age groups running side by side, all participants will experience a full day of activities, engaging in all four holistic classes on offer, guided by our wonderful guest faculty at each venue.

Alongside a ballet technique class designed to get your body ready for the start of a new term, accompanied by live pianists, dancers will take part in a varied schedule of sessions including conditioning, Pilates and PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique), sports psychology exploring goal setting, resilience, and relaxation techniques, as well as pointe work (Year 9+) and inspiring repertoire to round off the day on a high.
