To the extent permitted by law, YBS shall not be liable to any person for any damage or loss, whether of money or of property, arising from any student's failure to comply with all reasonable instructions from YBS staff or to comply with or adhere to any term set out in our website, including the Rules.  However, this shall not exclude or limit any liability for personal injury caused by the negligence of YBS or its agents or employees.

 

YBS shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to students who attend the our Summer School or any other event we hold with an existing injury which they did not disclose as required by our Application form, unless such injury, loss or damage is caused by the negligence of YBS or it's agents or employees.

 

Students should not submit their Applications until they have read the Rules and other terms on the website.  By submitting the Application, students will be deemed to have accepted and understood these terms.  If in doubt, please do ask us before submitting.
